Cowshed X Saatchi

The Cowshed x Saatchi partnership has been set up to boost future creative talent coming into the industry in Wales.

Designed to inspire with the power of creativity, Upriser offers young people aged 11-18 a tangible introduction and route into the creative industries.

We have developed a long term, meaningful programme with Willows High School in Cardiff, tailored to our specialisms, skills and capabilities. We’ll follow year 7 throughout their school years, and provide years 10 and 11 with bespoke lesson plans, workplace visits, 1:1 mentoring and other creative initiatives.

Upriser is part of Cowshed’s commitment to give back and invest in the city we call home. It’s a voluntary project with everyone involved providing their time free of charge.

The plans and developments will be shared and open source so they are available to other schools to use if they wish.
