The role

We want our work to mean something. Get it right and we can change communities and even society for the better. So, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join us to work on campaigns that work, with clients we love and causes we believe in. 

You will be an integral part of the award-winning Campaign team working to make brave creative campaigns and build meaningful relationships with our clients.

What we need from you


The Day to Day

  • Day to day client liaison ensuring projects are being delivered beyond their satisfaction, and building strong, open and honest relationships.   
  • Attending and leading client meetings – ensuring actions are shared and then delivered within a reasonable timeframe.  
  • Rigorous project management, delivering multiple projects and campaign elements for your clients. 
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders for your campaigns.   
  • Regularly searching for new innovations to improve our team performance (client reports, time management etc.)  
  • Proofing copy and content – this means a keen eye for detail, excellent grammar and writing skills and knowledge of what makes strong, engaging content. 
  • Working with your team and across the agency to build relationships and collaborate on creative solutions for your clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic campaign plans that work against specified audiences and objectives. Always asking the right questions to ensure we create the most effective campaigns for our clients. 
  • Ensuring that projects are carried out creatively, enthusiastically, on time, on budget. 
  • Supporting in the management of a team and their workloads to support you in the successful delivery of campaigns, providing guidance, feedback and identifying opportunities for their development.  
  • Strong leadership ability you are expected to guide and collaborate with various teams and individuals across the organisation. 
  • Reporting results to the wider team and clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. 

Core Skills

  • Ability to manage clients and campaigns right through from conception to evaluation   
  • Exceptional account management and leadership – organisational and planning skills as well as interpersonal skills which mean you are fantastic at communicating with clients and the wider internal team.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects competently, tracking time and progress of project against scope of work. Prioritising and driving efficiency in way of working.  
  • Strategic thinker with ability to judge creative and campaign work against a client brief, giving constructive feedback. Also able to provide strategic counsel to clients.   
  • Has excellent knowledge of social trends, media landscape, platforms, influencer landscape and algorithms.  
  • Ability to analyse complex data and input into a variety of systems for evaluation of campaigns.  
  • Curiosity to understand the different industries and sectors we work with to interrogate briefs. 
  • Excellent numerical, written, verbal and presentation skills.
