The role

We’re looking for an organised, curious and creative Campaign Officer with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail. 

You’ll enjoy keeping things moving, bringing order to a busy workload and making sure the small details don’t get missed. You’ll be able to juggle different tasks, keep track of deadlines and keep your team updated on progress. 

We are looking for a clear and thoughtful communicator, whether you’re writing content, speaking with clients or sharing ideas with colleagues. You’ll listen carefully, ask questions and turn conversations into clear actions. 

You’ll work closely with our campaign managers and specialist teams, supporting everything from audience research and campaign planning to content creation and reporting on results.  

You’ll have a couple of years’ experience in an agency or in-house team and be keen to build your skills, learn from those around you and take on new challenges.

What we need from you


The Day to Day

  • Research – researching topics and audiences to inform our campaigns.  
  • Reporting – analysing data and producing written insight reports and evaluations.   
  • Coming up with ideas – generating insight-led ideas for our campaigns and your clients. 
  • Copywriting – producing clear, accurate copy for different channels like toolkits, posters, newsletters, social media, and press pitches.  
  • Social media – creating social media content, using tools like Canva to produce images, graphics, and reels, and keeping an eye on the performance of your posts. 
  • Going on shoots – interviewing spokespeople and working with videographers and production companies to produce captivating campaign content. 
  • Speaking to the media – pitching new stories and feature ideas by phone and email to journalists and influencers. 
  • Working with influencers – researching, contacting, and developing relationships with the right people to support our campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of campaigns, from ideation and initial briefs to final reporting. 
  • Capturing and sharing action-led meeting notes, ensuring clients and team members are kept updated on project progress and next steps.    
  • Copywriting and supporting on content creation.  
  • Delivering analytic reports on campaign results, including analysing findings from social listening, press coverage and digital data.  
  • Ensuring good file management is always upkept. 
  • Processing expenses and invoices from suppliers. 

Core Skills

  • Experience of working in the medium of Welsh, delivering bilingual campaigns is highly desired. 
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and planning skills. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret it for a range of audiences.  
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to talk empathetically with a wide range of people.  
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to multi-task and switch between projects.
