BOG STANDARD at PRmoment Awards
At Cowshed, we love to pair real lived experience with an idea that connects with humour.
When our design lead Tom pitched BOG STANDARD to phs Group, a campaign to ensure male hygiene bins are available in all public and workplace washrooms, the client was on board immediately.
Working in partnership with phs Group, Prostate Cancer UK, and ‘Cause, BOG STANDARD published a set of guidelines to ensure men are provided with the facilities they need to dispose of incontinence waste with dignity.
We were proud to see BOG STANDARD gain recognition from the judges at PRmoment in April, with the campaign picking up:
📤 Best B2B campaign
🧑🎨 Best Use of Creativity
The impact has been huge, with 683 businesses signing up and more than 6,000 bins installed across the UK in just six months.
There is so much more to come. If you’re a business and want to sign up to the BOG STANDARD, visit the website here.

Hedyn
This month marked the official merger of Newport City Homes and Melin Homes with the launch of its new brand, conceptualised, tested, and developed by Cowshed.
Introducing Hedyn. Welsh for seed, Hedyn exists to build connected communities where everyone can live well.
We carried out in-depth engagement from the project’s beginning, speaking to more than 600 people, inviting staff, residents, key stakeholders, politicians and community members to lend their voice to the creation of Hedyn’s brand identity.
Hedyn launched on April 1 with the brand rolling out across the organisation’s vans, offices and uniforms.

Impactful earned media
At Cowshed, we are constantly working to create organic media coverage that centres our clients in the wider conversation.
In April, Record Store Day 2025 provided an opportunity to place our client the Morgan Quarter as the lead story in Wales, with the world’s oldest record store, Spiller’s, occupying a space in the uniquely Cardiff shopping centre. Our PR sell highlighting the record enthusiasts who queued overnight to gain those coveted limited-edition releases resulted in coverage from ITV News, BBC Radio Wales, WalesOnline, the Western Mail and the South Wales Echo.
This month also saw the first anniversary of Caerphilly’s container-style market Ffos Caerffili, which has elevated the town’s food and drink scene while providing a modern retail space for its market traders. Since Cowshed launched Ffos Caerffili in 2024, it has been featured on the BBC’s Chris Cooks Cymru and Escape to the Country, as well as being named one of the UK’s best food halls by The Sunday Times.
Our pitch for Ffos Caerffili’s anniversary saw it recognised as “the modern market that has changed the face of a Welsh town” by WalesOnline, as well as gaining coverage in local and B2B publications.
