The role
ROLE OVERVIEW
Delivering campaigns that work, for clients you love and causes you believe in, you’ll work with some outstanding organisations including the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
You will support your team to ensure our high-profile campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard – wanting to go above and beyond to make sure every campaign or piece of work is a success.
From research and insights and campaign planning to writing content and selling in media stories to reporting on campaign outcomes, you’ll be the support across campaigns teams with exceptional administrative skills.

What we need from you
The Day to Day
THE DAY TO DAY
Client and stakeholder liaison – ensuring projects are being delivered beyond their satisfaction – building strong, open and honest relationships.
Project management – Collating weekly progress updates, distributing meeting actions and coordinating timelines internally to ensure all teams are working to deadlines.
Research – researching topics and audiences to inform our campaigns. Reporting – analysing data and producing written insight reports and evaluations.
Coming up with ideas – generating insight-led ideas for our campaigns and your clients.
Copywriting – producing clear, accurate copy for different channels like toolkits, posters, newsletters, social media, and press pitches.
Social media – creating social media content, using tools like Adobe Express and Canva to produce images, graphics, and reels, and keeping an eye on the performance of your posts.
Arranging and attending shoots – interviewing spokespeople and working with videographers and the production team to produce captivating campaign content.
Working with influencers – researching, contacting, and developing relationships with the right people to support our campaigns.

Ensuring good file management is always upkept.

Experience of working in the medium of Welsh, delivering bilingual campaigns is beneficial, but not essential.
