VACANCY: Campaign Director 

(14 months Maternity Cover) Full time or part time, depending on the right person.

Are you a passionate, talented comms professional with around five years’ experience in an agency role? Perhaps you’re looking for your next move up the ladder or a move to a new challenge. Our Campaign Director position might be just the role for you. Cowshed is a growing full-service creative communication agency, based in the heart of Cardiff city centre and we’re looking for the very best to join our small but perfectly formed team.

You will manage and oversee a team to ensure our high profile campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met. You will be commercially minded and creative in nature. Adept at building relationships with key commentators, industry spokespeople and senior journalists, you will direct and lead integrated campaigns and provide counsel to clients and team. As a senior member of the business you will deliver new business and grow existing accounts.

You will have wide ranging experience creating and delivering fully integrated campaigns as well as expert knowledge of seeding award winning content creation.

You will be driven by data and insight (not in a Cambridge Analytica way!) believe in excellent client service and lead and develop a team of specialists driven by passion and determination to set ourselves apart from the crowded marketplace.

With at least five years’ agency experience, you will be used to delivering successful communications campaigns on time and on budget with creativity and curiosity for doing things a little bit differently a key to your success.
